The Indira Gandhi National Open university sends the Ignou M.Com Study material to the students at their home or any other communication address via Registered post/ Speed Post/ Courier etc after the admission gets confirmed.
In case, if any student do not receive the M.Com books via post, the university is not responsible for that. The students can contact their respective regional or study centre for obtaining their study books.The learners may write to the Regional Director of their respective regional centre where they have taken admission.

The soft copy of study material can also be downloaded from the university official website at www.egyankosh.ac.in. The free downloading of M.Com notes can be done only after registering at this website.
The Ignou M.Com study material is provided by Indira Gandhi National Open University to all the students who take admission to its Master of Commerce programme. The university does not charge any extra fee for the study material as it is already included in the programme fee.
The students receive their books within one month once their admission is confirmed.
